“I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when I was 8 years old and since then have had a very rough relationship with my body. With how I looked, with what I was capable of doing, with what I was eating and so many other things. Since I started CrossFit and weightlifting my health and my relationship with my body have gotten so much better. Everyone struggles with something about themselves, whether it be your height, weight, age, physical capabilities, everyone struggles. My goal is to help you see what you are capable of and to live a life where disease and illness are minimal”
